I also am self taught,learning every single day.

Manual vs. Digital cameras

The obvious dawned on me,that true photography started with manual cameras,and the process of waiting for your photo to finish developing was a wonderful waiting/and learning experience.
It actually meant something to take and capture a beautiful photo.
Now many individuals walk around with 500-1000$ dollar digital cameras and think they can easily produce a professional quality photo by simply snapping a picture of a..let's say swing set. Granted,I don't think I'm impeccable at anything I do,and I do not have the most expensive camera's with expensive editing software either. But I am going to buck up,stop getting myself down about expos

Silently she sits.
Unblinking, unprovoked.
Plastered on grin for the arrival of her puppeteer.
"Time for the show!" she flounces about,ruffled skirt blocks her view of the mockery below.
Pulled are her hands by forceful shiny strings,and from her mouth words, she utters such things,
she alone would never say.
She will never speak of how she feels.
She can never display her own emotion.
Eternal devotion to the puppeteer.
